eGovMoNet

Ons EU project eGovMoNet doet onderzoek naar de efficientie en gebruikersvriendelijkheid van de dienstverlening van de elektronische overheid (eOverheid) in Europese landen. Daarbij richt het onderzoek zich vooral op mogelijkheden ter verbetering van die efficientie en tevredenheid. Tevens wordt gestreefd naar administratieve lastenverlichting.

Het project helpt overheden in Europa bij het nemen van beslissingen ten aanzien van ICT investeringen voor eOverheid. Daarvoor adviseren wij over het meten van de impact en de gebruikersvriendelijkheid van eOverheid beslissingen, diensten en producten.

eGovMoNet bestaat uit meer dan 20 partners en wil naast praktisch meten en oplossingen aandragen ook bewustwording vergroten en streven naar harmonisatie en kwaliteit van de eOverheid.

Het project valt onder: COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATION FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME ICT Policy Support Programme (ICT PSP) "Experience sharing and consensus building in the uptake of innovative eGovernment services".
